Imperial AI Limited through https://commodities.dev is launching a new self-service onboarding system that enables commodity trading firms to instantly deploy AI agents into their day-to-day email workflows. These agents are designed to automate repetitive, manual tasks such as processing trade confirmations, extracting key terms from contracts, handling invoice reconciliation, and responding to operational emails.

Traditionally, setting up AI tools for these complex workflows requires weeks of bespoke configuration and technical support. Our new system changes that. By securely uploading a sample of contracts, emails, and invoices, users will be able to train and activate tailored AI agents in minutes---directly through our online platform.

This innovation brings the power of AI to mid-sized and enterprise commodity firms who still rely heavily on email-based processes. It allows them to streamline operations, reduce human error, and scale more efficiently---without needing in-house AI expertise or complex software integrations.

Our goal is to make intelligent automation accessible, fast, and secure for an industry where time is critical and workflows are highly specific. The new onboarding experience will enable us to support more customers, more quickly, while giving each one a truly personalized AI solution.

This project is part of our broader mission to modernize operational infrastructure in the commodities sector using applied AI. It is supported by Innovate UK, the UK government's innovation agency, and will launch in early 2026.
